MSC (Message Sequence Chart) is a graphical and textual language describing and specifying the behaviour of system components. It is mainly used for describing the state of a real-time communication system in an easy way. MSCs are also used for describing the requirements of a system or to create a documentation of a system. It is used often in combination with SDL.
The idea is to realize the different parts of a MSC in JAVA to get code for a distributed execution of the MSC. Therfore it is needed to check the static semantics of a MSC as specified in ITU-T Z.120.
What is realized by
